This Privacy Policy explains how Lusso Bangladesh Ltd (“we”, “us”, the “Platform Owner”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Archi Finance platform, website, and related services (the “Service”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Archi Finance is operated by Lusso Bangladesh Ltd, House 12, Road 2/A, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For any privacy question or request, contact archi_finance@lussobangladeshltd.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data — name, email address, phone number, company/workspace name, password (stored only as a secure hash), role, and authentication/login logs.
Business data you enter — invoices, jobs, expenses, payees, payroll and salary records, attachments, notes, and other content you or your team add to a workspace.
Billing data — plan, subscription status, and, where paid plans apply, transaction references (payment card data is handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic/security events.
Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
Communications — messages you send us and our replies.

3. How we use information

Create and operate your account and workspace.
Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Send service, security, and transactional messages.
Respond to your requests and provide support.
Measure and improve our website and marketing, including advertising measurement.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Your role & legal basis

You are the controller of the business records you enter into the Service; we act as your processor for that content. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your employees, clients, or vendors before uploading their personal data. For your own account and our website, we process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate business interests (security, improvement, measurement), and to comply with law.

5. Advertising, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel & analytics

Our public website and sign-up pages may use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and similar advertising and analytics technologies. These tools record page views and certain actions (for example, completing registration); allow us to measure advertising performance and reach relevant audiences on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); and may set cookies and share limited event data (such as a hashed identifier, IP address, and browser information) with Meta, who processes it under its own data policy.

We do not use these tools inside your authenticated workspace, and we do not share your business records (invoices, payroll, expenses, client data) with advertising providers. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or browser opt-out tools. Where consent is legally required in your location, we will obtain it before non-essential tracking is activated.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

Essential cookies — required to log you in, keep your session secure, and remember your workspace selection. The Service will not function correctly without these.
Preference cookies — remember choices such as theme and PWA/install state.
Analytics & advertising cookies — used on our public/marketing pages as described in Section 5.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but essential cookies are needed to use the Service. Where we show a cookie notice, dismissing or configuring it records your choice.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers/processors — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error and performance monitoring, and advertising/analytics providers — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, limited to what is needed to provide the Service.
Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or the Platform Owner.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8. Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any period required to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations. Data backup is not included in the standard Service. Unless you have purchased a backup add-on, you are responsible for exporting and keeping your own copies of business records; we do not guarantee retention or restoration (see Terms, Section 6).

9. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, including password hashing and access controls, to protect the Service. No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for assigning appropriate user roles within your workspace.

10. Your choices & rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email archi_finance@lussobangladeshltd.com from your registered email. We may verify your identity before acting. For business data belonging to your workspace, direct end-user requests to the workspace owner (the controller).

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Location of the Service

The Service is operated from and intended for use in Bangladesh. If you access it from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance. Information may be processed on servers or by processors located in or outside Bangladesh, under appropriate safeguards.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
